We were so proud to be a finalist in two Railway Industry Association RISE Awards this year and were delighted to attend the awards ceremony last week.

SWGR was placed as a finalist in both the Safety Award and the Wellbeing Award and name alongside some of the biggest names in the industry as recognition for our hard work and investment to drive for safety excellence on the frontline.

To be placed in the top five for safety alongside Network Rail, and as one of the best for wellbeing alongside Hitachi is something everyone at SWGR is immensely proud of – as we strive to make a difference to people working in the rail industry.
